Alwatzikhoebillah Palace is situated in the village of the People, Sambas district, Sambas, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Old-fashioned but well maintained. Green and cool. That's about the impression that emerged when the Palace set foot in this Alwatzikhoebillah Sambas Sultanate. To enter the palace area, visitors will pass through two gates. The first gate is the gate to enter the square and at the same time limiting public roads with the palace area, while the second gate to limit the square with a courtyard.

From the first gate, visitors can see how tidy layout throughout the building. On the right side of the square, visitors can see the elegance of the Masjid Jami 'Sultan Syafiuddin, Sambas Sultanate mosque. In the back of the plaza, visitors can see a pole like the mast which is surrounded by three cannon and supported by four pillars. Philosophically, three cannon symbolizes the three rivers are located in the vicinity of the palace which should always be maintained. Four pole pedestal symbolizing the four assistant ministers as sultan. While the two pillars located on either side of the pole that symbolizes that the wheels of government running the sultan is always accompanied by scholars and preachers.

From the second gate, visitors can see three palace buildings with the dominance of the color yellow as the color that symbolizes the typical Malay dignity and moral grandeur. Just on the right side and left the second gate, there are two meeting halls which was formerly used as a place to receive guests of honor before meeting with the sultan. Now, two meeting halls functioned as a drum.

The main palace building is located in the middle and has the largest size. On the left wing and right, there are buildings that connect directly with supporters of the main palace building. The building was formerly used as a left-wing place to entertain guests of honor, while building the right wing used to prepare for all purposes of the sultan and his family. Now, the left wing of the building was used as a place to store the heirlooms empire.

The interior of the palace consists of three rooms, that room in the front, middle, and back. The front room is the throne where the emperor and empress. Here, visitors can view pictures of the sultan and the imperial grandeur clothing. The room was made up of four rooms that was once a sultan and his family room. In this room, visitors can see pictures of the sultan with his family, the guests of honor, and events empire. While the room behind the smallest size, appear to be empty.

In addition, visitors can see the former sultan's family bathing pool right next to the palace and residence of the family who is behind the sultan's palace. In the afternoon, visitors will be amazed to see the exotic charm of this court, let alone be seen from the boat that runs slowly on Small Sambas River. Around the region Alwatzikhoebillah Palace, there are various facilities, such as mosques, food stalls, tour guides, kiosk telephone kiosk, credit vouchers, souvenirs centers and souvenirs, as well as canoe rentals and boat speed for the area surrounding the palace.

Sambas regency located about 225 kilometers north of Pontianak, the capital of West Kalimantan Province. From Pontianak, visitors can ride the bus until Sambas with a travel time of about five hours. From the central city of Sambas, visitors can take a bus or minibus to the Palace Alwatzikhoebillah.
